Integrity & Honesty
We deliver on our promises. Every decision is anchored in transparency, accountability, and doing the right thing consistently, openly and responsibly.
Person-centred care and support that helps people feel safe, respected and in control of everyday life, while working towards their own goals.
Reddy Care Ltd provides care and support within Supported Living settings for adults. We support people with learning disabilities, autistic adults, and people with mental health needs to live as independently, safely and well as possible.
Our approach is built around each person: their strengths, preferences, communication, goals, and right to choice and control. We work alongside families, advocates, commissioners, social workers and health professionals to deliver support that is planned around the individual.
Everything we do is guided by a commitment to integrity, respect, and genuine inclusion, for the people we support, their families, and our staff.
We deliver on our promises. Every decision is anchored in transparency, accountability, and doing the right thing consistently, openly and responsibly.
We see the whole person: their history, preferences, and aspirations. Every interaction is rooted in dignity, privacy, and deep respect for individual identity.
Support works best when everyone has a voice. We actively involve families, advocates, staff, and the wider community, because better lives are built together.
We believe home is more than a building. It's where you feel safe, comfortable, and in control of your own life.
Your home is your space. We support you to make it feel like yours, from how it is decorated to how your day is structured. You choose the routines, the meals and how you spend your time.
Your needs may change, and so does your support. We work with you to adapt your care plan as your skills develop, your goals shift, or your circumstances evolve. Support is reviewed and adapted as people's needs, skills, goals and circumstances change.
Whether it's joining a local group, volunteering, or simply enjoying your neighbourhood, we support you to build meaningful connections and take part in the life of your community.
We provide person-centred care and support within Supported Living settings for adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, and people with mental health needs. Support can include 24-hour support where this is part of a person's assessed needs and commissioned support package.
Dignified, respectful personal care delivered by trained, competent staff, planned around each person's assessed needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
Practical support to build confidence and independence, from meal preparation and budgeting to accessing the community and managing a tenancy.
Support with medication, health appointments and engagement with GPs, specialists and other health services, in line with each person's care plan and consent.
Supporting people to build meaningful connections, pursue interests, access education or volunteering, and take part in the life of their local community.
Proactive, least-restrictive approaches to understanding and reducing behaviours that challenge, based on communication, unmet needs, environment, triggers and individual evidence.
We take safeguarding, consent, mental capacity and any restrictions on liberty seriously, with practice guided by people's rights, dignity and best interests.
Reddy Care provides care and support within Supported Living settings. Accommodation is arranged separately and Reddy Care does not act as landlord or housing provider. This separation helps protect people's rights as tenants or occupants and ensures support is planned around the person, not the property.
Supported Living creates an environment where individuals can thrive, with the right balance of independence and support.
Feel confident in your choices, knowing help is there when you need it, on your terms, at your pace.
In Supported Living, people usually have their own tenancy or occupancy agreement, with care arranged separately. This supports greater choice, control and independence in daily life.
Build strong relationships and take part in your local neighbourhood and community, with support that encourages connection.
Support designed around your specific needs, goals, and communication style, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our approach is built around the expectations of the Care Quality Commission, including safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led care. Quality is not a checklist. It is embedded in how we think, act, learn and lead every day.
Protecting people from avoidable harm through robust risk assessment, safeguarding, medication governance, and competent staffing.
Evidence-based support that achieves good outcomes, tailored to individual needs, preferences, and communication styles.
Compassionate, dignified support delivered by staff who know the people they support as individuals, not as care plans.
Services that adapt as needs change, listening to people, families, and advocates to continuously improve.
Clear governance, accountable leadership, and a culture that promotes learning, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Our team is here to talk through support needs, explain how our service works, and help families, professionals and commissioners understand whether Reddy Care may be the right fit.
Clear information about referrals, assessments and local authority support pathways
Clear information about the types of support we offer and how they work
